📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee end-to-end billing operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international standards.
• Manage a team of billing specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and collections.
• Leverage expertise in SAP and other billing software to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze billing data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve billing issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, including those set by the Indonesian government and international organizations.
• Provide training and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in billing and financial management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in billing and accounts payable/receivable, with a strong background in logistics and supply chain.
• Proven experience in managing a team of billing specialists.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and other billing software, including SAP FICO, SAP MM, and SAP SD.
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
