🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maritime and offshore recruitment, with a proven track record of successful placements.
• In-depth knowledge of the maritime and offshore industry, including vessel types, crew roles, and employment regulations.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and assessment.
