📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in organizational transformation and change management.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing strategic initiatives in a corporate environment.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, and experience with process optimization tools.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a similar credential is a plus.
