• Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to track progress and address any challenges.

• Collaborate with the Digital Growth Hub team to develop and implement e-commerce growth initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Proven experience as an e-commerce mentor, consultant, or similar role, with a strong track record of helping sellers succeed.
• In-depth knowledge of Tokopedia, Shopee, Bukalapak, and other major Indonesian e-commerce platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong relationships with sellers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to provide tailored advice and strategies.
