📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage project budgets and ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Coordinate with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely payment of invoices.
- Monitor project expenses and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Prepare and analyze financial reports for project managers and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to finance and project management.
- Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and projections for projects.
- Provide financial support to project teams as needed.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of financial strategies.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in finance or project finance.
- Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar.
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge of construction and fabrication industry is a plus.
