📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to acquire and retain customers for Haji financing products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in credit marketing or a similar role, preferably in the Islamic finance sector.
• Strong understanding of Islamic finance principles and Shariah-compliant products.
• Proficient in using CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
