📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to meet customer demand.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Lead and motivate team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals.,Plan and execute store events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.,Maintain a clean and well-organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.,Proven track record of successfully managing store operations and driving sales growth.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Understanding of Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.
