Lead and manage process and mechanical engineering projects from conception to completion,Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and productivity,Conduct feasibility studies and provide technical guidance for new projects,Oversee the design, development, and testing of semiconductor equipment,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals are met,Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and safety protocols,Mentor and develop junior engineers to build a strong team,Provide technical support and troubleshooting for existing equipment🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related field,Minimum of 8 years of experience in process and mechanical engineering, preferably in the semiconductor industry,Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes and equipment,Proficiency in CAD software and other engineering tools,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with industry standards and regulations🛠️ Keahlian
