Express Link Cemerlang is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Outlet Staff to join our team in Gowa, Sulawesi Selatan. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our outlet operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily outlet operations, including stock control, sales, and customer service.,Ensure the outlet is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.,Train and develop junior staff to maintain high service standards.,Monitor sales targets and provide regular reports to the management team.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Promote products and services to increase sales and customer engagement.,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and inventory.,Participate in inventory management and restocking activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail or outlet management role.,Proven track record in sales and customer service.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good knowledge of retail operations and software.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail laws and regulations.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
