Hokian Wati Geprek is looking for a dedicated Senior Outlet Staff to join our team in Tebet. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our outlet operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving sales growth. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily outlet operations including opening and closing procedures.,Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.,Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure smooth operations.,Train and supervise junior staff members.,Assist in marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Provide excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in food service or a related field.,Proven experience in managing outlet operations.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.,High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in food safety or management are a plus.
