Tanggung Jawab:
Design and develop learning and development programs that align with our company's goals and objectives.Identify training needs and develop solutions that will enhance our employees' skills and knowledge.Deliver training sessions and workshops to our employees.Evaluate the effectiveness of our learning and development programs and make recommendations for improvement.Collaborate with our HR team to ensure that our learning and development initiatives are integrated into our overall HR strategy.Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development.Provide coaching and mentoring to our employees to support their professional growth and development.Measure and report on the impact of our learning and development programs.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Kualifikasi:
Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on corporate training.Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms.Ability to travel for training and development purposes.🛠️ Keahlian
