PT Pertiwi Pilar is seeking a dynamic and experienced Outlet Manager to oversee the operations of our remote outlet in Medan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management and a passion for driving sales and customer satisfaction. This is a full-time remote position offering a competitive salary package.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations of the remote outlet, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to ensure optimal product availability.,Train and mentor staff to maintain high service standards and achieve sales targets.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the regional manager.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) environment.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with remote management tools and technologies.,Understanding of local market trends and consumer behavior.
