As a Captain, you will be responsible for leading and managing our operations, ensuring the safety and efficiency of our fleet. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the daily operations of the fleet, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and company policies.,Coordinate with the team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Monitor vehicle performance and maintenance schedules to prevent breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and address potential hazards.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and incidents.,Provide training and support to the team to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Report any incidents or issues to the management team for prompt resolution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the transportation industry.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with route planning and navigation software.,Proficient in using basic office tools and software.,Ability to work long hours, including weekends and holidays.
