In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring timely delivery of materials, and maintaining strong vendor relationships. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the procurement process from start to finish, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and order placement.,Ensure timely delivery of materials and supplies to meet production and operational needs.,Maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality products and competitive pricing.,Monitor inventory levels and place reorder points to prevent stockouts and overstocking.,Conduct regular supplier performance reviews and make recommendations for improvement.,Prepare and analyze purchasing reports to identify trends and areas for cost savings.,Assist in the development and implementation of purchasing policies and procedures.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.,Strong knowledge of purchasing software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian business practices and regulations.
