📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute creative pastry concepts for INDOBAKE's products.
• Conduct live baking demonstrations to showcase our products and techniques.
• Create engaging content for social media and other marketing channels.
• Train and mentor staff to ensure high-quality standards.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory and procurement of pastry ingredients.
• Participate in product development and innovation initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role.
• Proven experience in developing and executing creative pastry concepts.
• Strong knowledge of baking techniques and equipment.
