📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and meet the needs of students.,Provide one-on-one and group tutoring sessions to support students in their academic development.,Monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to parents and guardians.,Collaborate with other educators to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.,Participate in staff meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in education.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student attendance, grades, and other relevant information.,Promote a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters respect, diversity, and collaboration.,Stay up-to-date with educational trends and technologies to enhance the learning experience for students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, relevant subject area, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in teaching or tutoring.,Strong knowledge of the curriculum and pedagogical principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Fluency in Indonesian language is a must.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Valid teaching certificate or equivalent is a plus.
