📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.,Manage and mentor a team of retail sales consultants to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Train and upskill the sales team on new products and services.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock management.,Participate in cross-functional projects to support business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in a leadership role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Strong knowledge of retail operations and sales techniques.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with retail sales software and tools is a plus.
