📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and effective lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students.
• Collaborate with a team of dedicated educators, administrators, and support staff to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Develop and implement differentiated instructional strategies to support the academic, social, and emotional growth of our students.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest educational trends, technologies, and best practices to enhance the learning experience for our students.
• Foster a love for learning and a growth mindset in our students by creating a supportive and encouraging classroom environment.
• Participate in school-wide initiatives and events, such as parent-teacher conferences, school assemblies, and extracurricular activities.
• Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to support their academic growth and development.
• Work closely with our school counselor to address the social, emotional, and academic needs of our students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience in an international school setting.
• Strong knowledge of the Indonesian national curriculum and the International Baccalaureate (IB) Middle Years Programme (MYP).
• Experience working with diverse student populations and a commitment to inclusive education.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team of educators, administrators, and support staff.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to student-centered learning.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
• Valid teaching license or certification in Indonesia.
