📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.,Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.,Conduct performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees to support their professional growth.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Manage employee benefits and compensation packages.,Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits.,Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English is a plus.
