CV Visi Cempaka is looking for a Fleet Coordinator to manage and coordinate our fleet operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and a proven track record in managing fleet operations. This is an urgent position, and the right candidate will be able to start immediately.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate all aspects of fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure that all vehicles are in good working condition and comply with safety regulations.,Monitor and maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and fuel consumption.,Coordinate with drivers and third-party service providers to ensure timely and efficient vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Develop and implement strategies to improve fleet efficiency and reduce operational costs.,Conduct regular inspections of vehicles to identify and address any potential issues.,Provide training and support to drivers to ensure they are fully equipped to operate the vehicles safely and efficiently.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
