📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial health of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.,Prepare and analyze financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the accounting and bookkeeping functions, ensuring accurate and timely financial records.,Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions, including loan applications and credit facilities.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.,Provide financial advice and recommendations to senior management to support business decision-making.,Monitor and control expenses, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability.,Prepare and present financial statements and reports to stakeholders, including investors and lenders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, preferably in the food and beverage industry.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial statements, and financial analysis.,Proficient in using financial software and tools, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and other departments.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
