Puskesmas Fajar Health Center is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Assistant Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our retail sales efforts and contributing to the growth of our business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and maintaining the retail sales database and inventory records.,Support the sales team in achieving their targets by providing excellent customer service and product knowledge.,Conduct market research and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities.,Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies and promotional activities.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.,Provide training and support to retail staff on sales techniques and product knowledge.,Monitor and report on retail sales performance, providing regular updates to management.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of sales plans and goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of retail sales processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
