Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, preferably in healthcare management.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the healthcare industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards in the healthcare industry.,Experience with financial management and budgeting.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
