🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to create and deliver engaging training materials,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite,Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools
