📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.,Manage inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability and minimize waste.,Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to facilitate timely and accurate delivery of goods.,Implement and enforce warehouse safety protocols to ensure a secure working environment.,Conduct regular stock audits and reconciliations to maintain accurate inventory records.,Train and mentor junior warehouse staff to maintain high standards of performance.,Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize warehouse layout and processes for efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.,Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards in the warehouse industry.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.,Valid driver's license and the ability to operate a forklift or other warehouse equipment.
