📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Conducting job analyses and writing job descriptions.

Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels.

Conducting interviews and assessments.

Managing the recruitment process from start to finish.

Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and employers.

Providing feedback and guidance to candidates.

Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Contributing to the development of recruitment strategies and processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.

Proven track record in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Strong knowledge of recruitment software and tools.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.

Fluency in Indonesian and English.
