📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise the daily operations of the boutique, including staff scheduling and performance reviews.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and customer engagement.,Oversee inventory management and ensure product quality and availability.,Maintain a clean and organized retail space that reflects the brand's image.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate favorable terms and maintain product quality.,Monitor sales performance and report to the company's management team.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
