Smart Data Abadi is looking for a dedicated Production Supervisor to oversee and manage our production processes. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our products are manufactured efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work both in the office and on-site.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production process to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with production teams to meet daily targets and deadlines.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.,Conduct quality checks and implement corrective actions as needed.,Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations.,Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.,Strong understanding of production processes and quality control.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Familiarity with production software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of safety regulations and standards.,Fluency in Indonesian and English.
